SHIPPING:
We ship via Canada Post.
●Shipping & Handling Fee
$10 for Canadian customers. $15 for US customers. Please order more than $85 to get free shipping.
For international shipping, please contact us for the quote.

■Coverage is included for all shipping methods except Small Packet by Air.
■Please note that these delivery times are estimated by Canada Post and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays. Your country's customs authority may hold orders up for inspection.
TAXES FOR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS:
Customers in provinces that participate in HST will be charged their respective rates:(Ontario - 13%, New Brunswick - 15%, Nova Scotia - 15%, Newfoundland & Labrador - 15%, Prince Edward Island - 15%)
Customers in provinces that do not participate in HST will only be charged 5% GST.
DUTIES AND TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, import fees and other charges. It’s also customer’s responsibilities to know what is allowed to import to your country and what is not. In case your country’s inspection agency holds up or discards products due to the restriction, we are not responsible for any delays or loss of the products.

Please make a payment within 7 days after order. We accept credit card, paypal, personal cheque, and money order.

The prices listed are in Canadian dollars. All orders must be paid in advance of shipping.

Shipping timeframe
|
Once your payment is cleared, it will be scheduled for processing and shipped in 5 business days. You will be notified if any delays occur.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Because we process the orders as soon as we receive them, we will not accept a cancellation unless you contact us within 24 hours after the confirmation e-mail is sent. To cancel your order by e-mail, please contact info@chons.com or call us @ 416-592-0808.
RETURN POLICY:
If you are not satisfied with our products for any reason, returns will be accepted only with prior discussion, within 2 weeks of receipt of shipment. We do not charge restocking fee. The products have to be unopened and in saleable condition to receive full credit on the cost of goods. We do not pay for the shipping cost for returning.
If an error has been made, we will gladly pay for reshipment for product.
