Q1 Are your essential oils, floral waters, carrier oils organic?

Yes. Our essential oils, floral waters, carrier oils are 100% pure and natural, extracted from organic plants. These are selected from all over the world by professional aromatherapists and biochemists. Please enjoy the best quality ever!

 

Q2. Are your skin care products safe?

We select each ingredient very carefully and manufacture all of our skin care products in Canada. Our products are formulated with natural ingredients selected from organic farms whenever possible. Our products are free from mineral oils, animal oils, SLS, synthetic fragrances, colors, or parabens.

You use skin care products every day for so many years. That’s why it is important to choose natural products for your health and your family’s health. Skin care products made with natural ingredients are safe not only to your skin, but to the environment too.

<Shipping and Payment>

Q1. What type of payment do you accept?

We accept credit card, paypal, money order, and personal cheque. All orders must be paid in advance of shipping.The prices listed are in Canadian dollars.

 

Q2. What shipping methods are available?

We ship via Canada Post.

 

In Canada

The fee is FREE if the total amount is more than CA$85.

【Expedited Parcel with tracking number and signature】
Shipping and Handling Fee : CA$12 
The fee is only CA$2 if the total amount is more than CA$85.

To the USA

【Small Packet by Air (no tracking number / no insurance) 】
Shipping and Handling Fee : CA$15
The fee is FREE if the total amount is more than CA$85.
1-2 weeks

【Tracked Packet by Air with tracking number 】
Shipping and Handling Fee : CA$20
The fee is only CA$5 if the total amount is more than CA$85.
1-2 weeks

■Coverage is included for all shipping methods except Small Packet by Air to the USA.

 

Internationally

Small Packet International Air (<2kg) (1-2 weeks)

Xpresspost (>2kg) (5-8 business days, tracking number available)

Q3. When will my order ship?

Once your payment is cleared, it will be scheduled for processing and shipped in 3 business days. You will be notified if any delays occur.

 

Q4. My order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery time.

Please note that delivery times are estimated by Canada Post and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays. Your country's customs authority may hold orders up for inspection. If you haven’t got them in twice the estimated delivery time, please contact info@chons.com.

 

Q5.Will I be charged tax?

FOR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS:

Customers in provinces that participate in HST will be charged their respective rates:(Ontario - 13%, New Brunswick - 15%, Nova Scotia - 15%, Newfoundland & Labrador - 15%, Prince Edward Island - 15%)

Customers in provinces that do not participate in HST will only be charged 5% GST.

 

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
All international customers are responsible for duties, taxes, import fees and any other charges.

 

Q6.I live in Ontario Canada. Can I pick up my order?

We are sorry, but we deliver all of the on-line orders at this point.

 

Q7. Can I cancel my order?

Because we process the orders as soon as we receive them, we will not accept a cancellation unless you contact us within 24 hours after the confirmation e-mail is sent. To cancel your order, please contact info@chons.com or text to 416-592-0808.

 

Q8. Can I return the products?

If you are not satisfied with our products for any reason, returns will be accepted only with prior discussion, within 2 weeks of receipt of shipment. We do not charge restocking fee. The products have to be unopened and in saleable condition to receive full credit on the cost of goods. We do not pay for the shipping cost for returning.

If an error has been made, we will gladly pay for reshipment for product.
