Witch Hazel

Witch Hazel is an alcoholic extract from the leaves, flowers and bark of the hamamelis tree. It has an astringent property and can be used as a toner for oily skin. (This is not called a floral water because of this extraction method. It has a stronger astringent property than floral waters.)
